 Nature Activities in Monchique Hills

Wake up in this peaceful environment and start your day with a fitness class of your choice, including Pilates, Body Conditioning, Stretching, Yoga, or others. Alternatively, take a refreshing swim in one of the hotel's beautiful pools.

After breakfast, choose your adventure: experience a Guided Cycling Day through the Monchique hills, surrounded by eucalyptus and cork tree forests; embark on a Mountain Trails Walking Tour; or enjoy a personally guided Jeep Mountain Tour, traveling off-road and sampling local Portuguese delicacies. The choice is yours!

Indulge in treatments featuring Flor de Sal exfoliation, body hydration with local spring waters, and warm mineral stone massages, all enhanced by the soothing aromas of Monchique.

Enjoy a leisurely morning before meeting your private chauffeur in the afternoon, who will drive you to Algar Seco, Carvoeiro, where you’ll join your private guide. Begin your walking trail along the breathtaking Seven Hanging Valleys, considered the most stunning stretch of the Algarve’s southern coast. Be captivated by the dramatic natural sea stacks, sinkholes, intricate limestone caves, and the striking contrast of turquoise waters against warm-coloured cliffs.

Your final stop is Praia da Marinha, one of the Algarve’s most iconic beaches. Recognised by the Michelin Guide as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe and one of the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world, this is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.
